PCB Layer：1 is Single Layer，2 is Double Layers，4 is 4 Layers，6 is 6 Layers, the more Layer,the high cost. Remark:TUOPX PCBIn order to enhance the work efficiency, we suggest samples production in panel please, some single PCBs will be put together with the double side layer, which means the single layer PCBs are produced according to double layers PCBs process, which result in there’s copper in hole but the performance is the same and reliability is higher. If there’s copper in hole request for a single layer PCBs, we arrange the productions per double layer PCBs process please and kindly note.PS: There's no big difference for the samples cost of single layer and double layer.

Heteroideus、Round FPC,Or the size less than 10*10CM PCBs,No matter Welding manually or SMT, for small lot size order,we suggest the shipment in panel,which enhance the welding efficiency and reduce the welding cost. For the exact panel method, we could give final confirmation according to the SMT process, you are welcome to contact with usTUOPX PCB, and we will provide reasonable suggestion.

The PCB size is the board size ordered, if it's rounded boards, then it's the diameter of the board;if it's anomaly board,measure the biggest one please. Remark:if Multi-boards included and no size yet, please input anyone first, TUOPX PCBwe will feedback you the correct size after your order.as usually the PCB size tolerance is around ±0.2mm;please remark the tolerance if you have different request, if no tolerance request,we default our tolerance around ±0.2mm accepted.PCB outline have to in the same layer please, usually in Keep out layer or mechnical layer, do not in different layer which caused mistake,if any inquiry,please contact with us.

PCB Thickness means the boards Thickness

The Rigid PCB Copper Foil Thickness is 1/3oz(12um),we could choose 1oz(35um) Copper Foil, Attention: the copper fiol price of 1oz is a bit higher than 1/3oz
